As we explore your passions and strengths and goals, you are asked to meet up with 4 to 5 people who know you. (You don't need to meet them all at once, lol, but pairs might work...)
You will be asking these people to talk about YOU. (yes, it might feel weird at first!)
See if you can create a discussion that explores
what strengths they see in you...
what passions they see you having...
what future they envision for you...
what role they can imagine you playing in groups or in doing projects....
(these can be turned into questions that you ask...)
TAKE NOTES about what they say, maybe even record them...
After you do the interviews... write up 3-4 paragraphs that pull together the ideas and especially the trends that you notice...(it probably means something if every person you interview thinks you should be an astronaut...lol)
