For this last paper you will be answering these questions. For sure you should do Rule of 3 for each question.

- Why don’t cities more effectively engage their citizens?
- What can a city do to more effectively engage their citizens?
- What has been your feelings/attitudes about doing Projects that impact community (such as the garden project, or the (cancelled) culture fest project.)
In order to support your points, you need to use ideas found in the essays and other materials I provide you, your own research, interviews you can do, and in any other handouts, books, etc. that you have access to.
You should average a minimum of 2 short quotes per paragraph. Quote length in a paper of this length should be no more than 1-2 lines. s
The essay’s page minimum is 6 full pages…(BNDJTM…)
Paragraph topic sentences should start with concepts. Paragraph topic sentences should also feature KEYWORDS, taken from the essay assignment questions.
The paper is due via email on Dec 23--Monday.
