Hey there
I have to miss class tonight but I want to
Give you a heads up about how to get started on paper 4.
The essay itself is posted on the blog here
It's called "new American dream manifesto"

To get started on the process:

Pls do a little research on what a manifesto is to orient yourself. Write a short para about this.

Then generate an outline that has 4 questions (or areas of discussion ) that u want to explore
Do a rule of 3 on the 4 questions
THEN send  the outline and the manifesto para to me via email
Pls send by thurs and I will get back to u about how it looks

Tben u will start writin and will be Bringin 4-6 paras next week to class


In addition here is reading to be done over the next week
Chapter one HW had two questions:
What surprised you the most
What are you thinking
2paras for each question

For Ch 2 and 3 and 4, which you are to read, you had one question:
What most interests you? 2 paras for each chapter.

This book is crucial for your manifesto and u should be integrating quotes from the book into the 4-6 paras that u are drafting
